Make sure you book 'Varaslähtö' for Saturday 24.8.2024, so you can get to know the other students and tutors a little in advance.
Here's a checklist to go through before you start your studies:
1. Accept your study place and enroll to the university
2. Pay the TYY membership fee
3. Get a student ID card
4. If you do not have a place to live during your studies, find a place to live and register your move
5. Apply for student financial aid and general housing allowance
6. Check when and where your studies start (the freshers' week timetable will be updated on the 'Orientation Week' timetable page.)
7. Create yourself a UTU username, which allows you to log into the university's information systems, computers and printers, access the international eduroam network and much more. NB! You need the username during the orientation week
